How to loose weight without doing any physical exercises

loose weight

There is a common myth that to loose your weight you need to do plenty of exercises. However this has now proven to be wrong.

According to new research, stepping on the scales every day is the key to getting the body of your dreams.

Weight-loss firm Forza Supplements quizzed 1,000 dieters to find the most effective ways to lose weight quickly.

Slimmers were given a list of 50 diet tips and asked to pick the 10 best nuggets of flab-fighting advice.

Weighing yourself every day was the top ranking piece of weight loss wisdom, as it spurs you on to keep watching the pounds drop off.

Coming in a close second was turning off the telly, especially if you’re a fan of cookery shows like The Great British Bake Off, which will tempt you to recreate the sweet treats you see.

And instead of spending hours in the gym, why not try slashing your portion sizes and calorie intake by using a smaller sized plate.

The Smaller Plate Study found that people who reduced their plate size from 12 inches to 10 inches ate 22% less calories and the smaller plate made the portion seem more filling.

Perhaps surprisingly, the poll revealed another great tip to stay trim was snapping a topless selfie.

Respondents reckoned that taking a cheeky picture every three days helps you document your weight loss and visualisation of a positive outcome is a key diet motivator.

Here are the 10 most effective ways to lose weight:
