Citrus Fizz

This refreshing cooler is inspired by the Snow Angel cocktail, which adds a scoop of lemon sorbet to gin and orange liqueur.

YOU NEED:

- 5 oranges, halved horizontally

- 1 red or pink grapefruit, halved

- 2 lemon quarters

- 2 large scoops of lemon sorbet

- Sparkling mineral water, chilled

METHOD:

- Use a citrus press or hand-held juicer to squeeze the juice from the oranges and grapefruit. Pour the juice through a strainer into two tall glasses and add a squeeze of juice from a lemon quarter into each glass.

- Add a large scoop of lemon sorbet to each glass and top up with chilled sparkling mineral water. Serve with a long-handled spoon.
