Fly to Faro with the British carrier for less than £90.
One option departing London Stansted in April costs just £85 for return flights - based on a nine-night stay.
Similar flights from Birmingham can be found for as little as £87 return.
Jet2 also flies from a host of other airports around the UK in 2017, including Leeds Bradford, Manchester, Glasgow, Edinburgh, East Midlands and Newcastle.
The airline will open its Birmingham and London Stansted bases in March, with its current headquarters based at Leeds Bradford.
Jet2’s expansion has put the airline on par with EasyJet as the second largest carrier at London Stansted Airport behind Ryanair.
It will be operating flights with six new Boeing 737-800 aircrafts.
The budget airline is well known for its cheap deals - just last month it gave away 20,000 free flights, selected from travellers who filled out an online quiz.
It’s an ideal time to snap up a deal on the Jet2.com website, after the airline announced this week it has scrapped booking fees on UK flights.
The company is ditching all booking fees that are paid for via American Express (AMEX), credit or debit card.
The zero fees will came into effect from December 15.
Customers paying using PayPal also benefit from the reduction in booking fees.
Steve Heapy, chief executive of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, said: “We led the way in ditching credit card fees a year ago, when Jet2.com and Jet2holidays became the first airline and package holiday operator in the UK to drop all credit card charges on flights and holidays.
“After listening to our customers we have taken this commitment a step further, removing the fee for all AMEX transactions too, meaning that we offer a 100 per cent fee-free service when booking with a card.
